Abstract:

Contraception is an important topic of health education, wich has some particularities in the case of teenagers and young people, who have specific behaviour for their age. Contraceptive methods are varied, but the World Health Organization has established eligible medical criteries for their use. Regardless of the contraceptive method for which young people are counseled, they need privacy, confidentiality, respectful attitude, and to not feel judged.
