Any clinician or practitioner, even if he has the obligation to provide all the information to his patient about his illness and therapeutic conduct, encounters situations in which he feels that he cannot fulfill this criterion. There are many particular cases when the theory of medical ethics cannot be fully applied in practice. The patient, first of all, and before his quality as a sick person in front of the doctor, is a human being, physically, but also mentally. He has a system of values ??and thoughts of his own and a special way of perceiving his life. Thus, in any situation, each patient will react in a unique way. When the doctor is in front of a patient with a bad diagnosis and prognosis, for example, he will often think about his mental ability to perceive what he hears and how this will influence compliance, as well as his quality of life. The subject of veracity in medicine is a special one, and even more so when we talk about the pediatric patient.
<AbstractLanguage>English</AbstractLanguage> <Keywords>veracity, minor, noble lie, moral duty</Keywords> <URLs>
https://revista-medicina-scolara.ro/ubijournal-v1copy/journals/abstract.php?article_id=13665&title=VERACITY IN PEDIATRIC PRACTICE
</URLs> <References> <ReferencesarticleTitle>References</ReferencesarticleTitle> <ReferencesfirstPage>16</ReferencesfirstPage> <ReferenceslastPage>19</ReferenceslastPage> <References>Hartmann N.
